Shipping Policy

At Football Sport Shirts, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are handled, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and what to do if your order is delayed, lost, or arrives with an issue.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been successfully received. During busy periods, new kit releases, promotional periods, or major football events, processing times may take slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

UK orders usually arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch.

International orders usually arrive within 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal or courier services.

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier disruption, customs checks, high order volumes, incorrect address details, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. The final shipping cost may vary depending on your delivery address, order weight, delivery method, and available courier options.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is correct at the time of purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Football Sport Shirts is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Missed Deliveries and Returned Orders

If a courier attempts delivery and the order is not collected, refused, or returned to us, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, incorrect address details, or non-collection, the original shipping cost may not be refundable.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and other local charges may apply once the order reaches the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs unless clearly stated at checkout.

Football Sport Shirts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and shipping details.

We will investigate the issue with the courier where possible. Please note that some couriers require a waiting period before an order can officially be classed as lost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Pre-Orders and High-Demand Products

Some shirts may be sold as pre-order items or may be subject to supplier availability. If your order contains a pre-order or delayed item, your order may be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

During high-demand kit launches or tournament periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.
